Meet the Owner
As owner and broker, Jim Still has over 20 years of combined experience in residential real estate, resort property sales, and property management services. Jim has lived in Georgia since 1984 and has acquired a great deal of knowledge of the area and the lifestyle of the state.
Jim was born and raised in Galesburg, Illinois, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1968. After completing his tour of duty, Jim attended college, receiving a Computer Science Degree. He spent the next 25 years writing software programs with clients such as IBM, Coca-Cola, Georgia-Pacific, and a number of real estate companies right here in the state of Georgia. After the Y2K era, he decided to make a career change and became a real estate agent with a large company. His choice was based on his desire to help people and his passion for real estate. Jim gained excellent training and experience but wanted to assist his clients and customers further with their specific needs. In order to accomplish this goal, Jim started his own real estate company serving the North Georgia area.
Jim is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the First Multiple Listing Services (FMLS). He is a licensed real estate broker registered with the State of Georgia.
